“The space was perfect and very clean. The plug-ins were a little intense for me and gave me a headache. Once I unplugged them and aired out the space, I was fine.”

The walk to the Metro is a little longer then we'd hoped (took about an hour to get down on the Mall from our house), but the neighborhood is lovely and the grocery store on the way to and from the Metro was super handy. We'd stay again!”

“Clean home with comfortable beds. Easy to get to all the sites in DC. About a 12-14 minute walk to subway, but we usually choose a 2 minute walk to the bus- very easy to use. Host responded quickly to all our questions. Some street noise, but normal for a stay in a city.”

“We enjoyed our weeklong vacation during Spring Break. This home was very clean. The owner is incredibly prompt to respond and communicate. There could be more kitchen utensils and dishware for guest use. The neighborhood did not instill a sense of security for us. Local neighbors were yelling at all hours, and we did not feel safe to walk to the Benning Rd metro stop. Instead, we drove to the Capitol Heights stop, as we could use the Park and Ride lot there.”

“Pro: Overall the property is nice. It was clean and well stocked. The owner was accommodating and allowed an early check in and a late checkout. Con: When booking the house we were not aware that it was a shared unit because the listing says entire house. I read a recent review and learned someone lives in the basement. “This property served us well for our vacation. We are a family of 4. The property was very clean and updated/decorated. We weren't able to use the outdoor space due to weather, but it looked nice too. The comfortable beds, bathrooms, and updated kitchen were nice to have. We used the nearby metro station for all of our transportation. The station was a block and a half away and others are within a 3-block radius. They all access Union Station or other metro stops. “The property was excellent. New and very clean. The balcony was awesome. And the staff was great. Always nice, helpful and accommodating. The only 2 things that I would comment on is the noise and sirens at night made it difficult to sleep. And the location was not the safest. Pretty much every taxi & Uber driver told us they really didn’t like driving to this area d/t the traffic and it being unsafe. If it weren’t for those 2 things we really loved the place.”
