"Bathtub and fixtures need updating. Tub drain cannot drain fast enough during shower. Table chairs are scratched and need refinishing. Also, the tea selection is poor. Regular Lipton or English breakfast should be majority of selections. Parking charge. You got to be kidding especially on weekends"

"I am a repeat customer to when I visit family out in Denver. 2x. Both times were a great experience. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough. The price point was competitive. What sets them apart is both time staff was accomodating to my travel plans. The conceirge helped me on my first time and front desk on the second time. This will be my go-to place when I stay in Denver. The only downside I can think of.. .and maybe I wasn't aware of local options. . .is its very urban where it's located so a nice walk in a park isnl't in the cards when you want some fresh air But that downside is not enough to downgrade this in star rating at all."

"Everything was really good. If I had to improve something would be service a little bit. While the girl at the front desk at night was exceptionally good above expectation, the one in the morning was not very personal and seemed to be always distracted being on her phone the three times I went up to her"

"We arrived with an 18 member soccer team for some pre-season training and the hotel stay was one of the many highlights. The Trio rooms were spacious and contained a full kitchen which helped save on meals. The pool and hot tub were delightful and they had a comfortable spot to hang out for our meetings or to just get out of the sun. Excellent stay!"
