“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“Terrible. I expected so much better for the price. Location was great, but that's where the positives end. Staff for check in was incredibly rude. Kept stopping check in with me to assist other travelers. Then got to the room and it was stifling. Called the front desk who said they would send someone to work on it, but the AC never actually cooled the room. Also, the shower was a safety hazard. Very slippery. I actually fell and hurt my hip. Made it painful to walk for the rest of the trip. I'm……

“Property was conveniently located to Times Square, subway, etc. but property/room was simply adequate. Furnishings were badly in need of refurbishing or replacement. Room had only one light which was the main overhead light. There was a very weak bedside lamp that was barely hanging on to the fixture. Dresser and desk were pretty scarred and banged up. The black out blinds behind the window sheers had no mechanism for raising and lowering so they hand to be rolled up by hand and rested on……
