Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay. 4/5 Room Condition - Very nice. New. Some mechanics noise from time to time. 5/5 Location - Perfect location. Popular day tour gathering points and public bus stops...

「apartment was really nice and clean, even bedroom and bathroom! The kitchen for some easy cook only because they don't have exhaust fan, but it acceptable. Bedroom will be some noisy If you open the window on Fri/Sat night. The Bonus is 10mins away only! Anyway, i recommend this apartment to you all.」

「The hotel staff Erik and the one who responsible for 17-18/12 night shift staff are very helpful and nice, really appreciate! The room is clean, warm and cozy! (Erik gave extra lamp to us) 」

「Good experience of this hotel. The room is small, but good enough to fully open 2 big luggages. Close to the main street, and there is a supermarket open to 12 am around the corner. Indoor parking is the best part of this hotel, we can use room key to access the garage door. However, Hotel.com silver member benefits never happened during our stay. But We are happy with the location and easy parking of Skuggi Hotel. 」
