「We loved the Loom! Very cool aesthetic here with a lot of thought going into the design. Wonderful customer service from front desk--friendly and helpful. Great breakfast on lovely patio. Our Garden Loft room was cool and clean. Great garden patio. A couple things would make it excellent: hooks in bathroom for towels (we had to hang ours on railing), some kind of small downlight/nightlight on stairs since you have to walk downstairs in dark to use bathroom at night. We love Kerameikos...

「Location is good and convenient. The view is perfect, we can see a beautiful church and the acropolis from the balcony. The room is clean and beautiful! The decorations in the room is really nice. The bed is comfortable. The front desk is helpful and friendly, gave us a lot of useful advice and a map. There was a long stairs but hotel staff helped us to take all the luggages. Thank you for leaving us a happy memory!」

「I discovered that bathing products didn't be renewed, one-third of conditioner is being used and left with some white dried conditioner. Disgusting dirt was unclened around the garbage bin in washroom. Floor near bathroom got moudly. I couldn't expect these happened in a 5 star hotel. Hotel do need to be reconditioned, obsolete impression. Other than that, view of acropolis was great, staff were nice, breakfast buffet tasted average 」

「沐浴居然無擋水，沐浴完畢整個浴室地台會全濕，非常不方便。而最糟糕的是我放在行李箱內的現金HKD2000會被偷去，酒店方面承諾跟進，但我回家差不多已一星期還未收到回覆。在酒店遇到小偷，而且我肯定是酒店員工做的。奉勸準備入住這酒店的朋友，務必小心。」

「Excellent location and near to the city centre, restaurants and shops, very convenient to everywhere. The hotel is absolutely new and the room decoration was very nice and stylish. Food was fantastic. Staffs were very friendly. Highly recommended.」

「Certainly is a Gem! So convenient for access to tourist bus. Staff amazing. Our rooms were very quiet with excellent shower and comfortable bed. Food excellent- loads of fresh ingredients and freshly made. Stayed for 4 nights half board and additional choices provided on request. Maybe separate lounge area? But that would be icing on the cake. So a brilliant stay in Athens certainly added to by this hotel」

「Clean room and friendly staff. Our room was next to the kitchen where the staff prepared breakfast for residents. We were woken up by the noise from the kitchen every morning during our stay.」

「The staff are very kind and efficient, the top floor has a most beautiful view, it can see the Arcropolis directly, you can choose it for the breakfast and dinner. A little but noise because it’s in the center of the Athens, and nearby Arcropolis. You can take a Uber just about 10 minutes, there’s a subway just walk out of the hotel 2minutes. You can walk to Hondors Center to shopping for walking 8minutes. The only one point , the bathroom is small, shower room is narrow. 」
