"Awesome well mannered staff and clean facilities"

"This property changed hands many times and has not been updated. I’ve stayed at Wyndham Properties and this one needs a complete overhaul. From the popcorn ceilings to the dusty carpet. The air conditioning don’t reach the entire floor some areas have and some don’t. The breakfast is way overpriced. The furniture in the common areas are old and dirty. The staff was on life support dry and listless no energy whatsoever. Whoever owns this property flag it something else or live up to the Wyndham brand!"

"Bathroom had mold in shower, and on the floor. There was also something on the main floor that felt almost slippery. The bathroom door dragged on the floor. The USB charger plug in by the bed did not work. There is no program guide on the TV. No way to know what's playing. Upkeep in general is lacking. Will not stay there again."

"Yikes!! This was not the Marriott Marquis experience I expected. The room looked nice on the surface, but housekeeping only came to my room twice in 5 days. The "clean" towels were musty and smelled like mildew. The staff at the front desk were a bit rude. The room service comes in cardboard boxes in a paper bag. I was there for Memorial Day weekend and the pool bar never opened. The pool area had trash and food around and the rugs in the cabanas looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. The pool itself was nice, but again the towels smelled like mildew. The location was convenient and the in room tv was great....everything else could use some special attention."
