"This is a must stay resort! Everything was perfect from their airport transfer to checking in (we had a late check in at 11pm, was so smooth). "The checkin experience was disappointing as they had given our room to someone else and made us wait for about an hour even though we only arrived by 6 pm. Furthermore, they didn’t supply us with adequate soaps and the room had many mosquitoes. We did purchased buffet dinner to find that there is hardly any vegetarian option so my family went hungry in the night. Breakfast again has not many vegetarian options. Service was a notch low considering the cost per night. "

"Beautiful and calm resort with extremely lovely and helpful staff. Great food and drinks. Cleaning staff are great and very thorough - I would just recommend that the mosquito nets around the beds are taken down and washed on a regular basis as they didn’t seem clean. I had a lovely massage, unfortunately a guest from a neighbouring hotel had a drone and was using it to watch my message! Not the fault of the hotel and they were shocked by what happened but I would suggest that the spa area is made private for the privacy and dignity of guests."
