They provide good communication for parking and late check in issues. Reception and others are perfect

Very good location close to Southern Cross station and supermarket. Very clean. Amenities are Australian standard (basic level but enough for use). The room is comfy, equipped with a fridge. Breakfast really does not worth going!!! I am on discount but still don't find it worthy. only basic cereals, toasts, egg, beans, milk, coffee machine. For AUD 15 (regular price) and with staff serving the food, they should make more variety of food and make it a better part of the hotel service....

Great service, the lady offered us early check in. So we could get some rest after a long overnight flight. Good oocation, just a few minutes walk to the tram station and many cafe nearby.

Great check in experience even though I arrived an hour earlier than the check in time. The room is ready, quiet and clean. It is just 10 mins walk from Southern Cross station where you can take air bus to the airport. 5 mins walk to tram station which is free to access to CBD ( walk is 20 mins). 15 mins walk to QVM. It is also amazing to have a bottle of wine as a VIP of hotel.com
