“The ocean view was great; however, despite the resort pictures showing you could walk right out onto the beach and access the water, you could not because of the sargassum seaweed. There was a dock for water and boat access. Our room was sufficient, but the entire resort was a little run-down. We went without water one day, and went without hot water for two whole days. Most mornings, we woke up to noise from the construction that was going on. The restaurant closed early because it was slow, so……

“What a great spot! The entire property is charming, wonderful restaurant, rum bar, pool, and river access. The staff was incredibly helpful, helping us plan a sunset river cruise and secure transfers to and from the airport. Highly recommend.”

“Great staff and clean resort. Only downfall is we rented the water bungalows and it looks like you could swim off the dock but it’s gross. I wish it was cleaned out to be able to enjoy it from your room. Other than that it was amazing. ”

“This was a perfect resort. We had a two bedroom penthouse suite with a full kitchen and a balcony with a table and chairs and the lounge chairs overlooking the pool. The pool bar was cool. The staff was soo friendly. Their shuttle was a hit. Can’t go wrong at this resort. It is kid friendly. ”
