「Nice place to stay. Very clean」

「What I like about the property is the rooms were clean and modern. I also liked the bed because it was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Roger.」

「Room was was very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good except for the eggs. (Weird texture and bland)」

「Our room had a musty smell and the bed was hard, so we did not want to stay the extra night. It was too late for us to find a new place to stay. I will say even though we had 2 nights booked through a 3rd party you were willing to not charge us for the second night. That was helpful. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant too.」

「Everything was fine and I enjoyed my stay. The only challenges stemmed from the TV signal strength being so weak that I have to select the same channel multiple time an hour as the signal failed. No big deal though. I did miss not having pancakes in the morning as the machine was not functional. However, the bagels were plentiful with multiple topping options so I was good.」

「The staff was rude when I asked about charges on my credit card and said they couldn’t find my information since it was booked through Expedia. The hotel’s employee was rude and dismissive as though I was bothering them asking for basic information. Will never go to this hotel chain or book through Expedia again.」
