「Bhutan suites surprised us with the sheer size of the room and the amenities provided. The place is rated 3 star but the comfort is definitely much more. 15 mins walking distance from the clock tower, this place is a bit away from the hustle. The room balcony offers a magnificent view of the entire city with mountain ranges surrounding it. 」

Also for my case Hotel reception was not aware about my booking, they didn't get any intimation from hotels.com regarding my booking. Luckily I had the mail chain for confirmation.」
