The hotel staff were very nice. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The arrangements taken due to the current pandemic seemed appropriate and made us feel safe.

On arrival check in the as easy. Room however needed hoovering. Changed room, very comfy but only enough hot water for one.

Easy to find. Plenty of Parking spaces available in the front and rear the building. Very close to the town center. Big room with very clean and nice bathroom. Nice breakfast area. I will come back.

Lovely modern rooms

Modern room with a lovely bathroom and big shower. Room got very warm though and you can’t change the temperature. Breakfast was nice too. Only negative was maid rushing me to get out of room when I had till 11am to check out.

Decent nights sleep in a decent sized room at rear of property. Room and hotel in general a bit tired round the edges, worn carpets, skirting boards and paint peeling. But clean and tidy.

Comfortable, excellent location weekend stay

A friendly, welcoming professional greeting from the gentleman at reception on Saturday 16 November at 12.30, which put my stay on a good start. My room was spacious, the bed was comfy with fluffy pillows, clean and modern. The bar area had a nice nostalgic feel to it. The next morning I had a very enjoyable breakfast - again friend staff. I would stay again.

Been staying here whilst on business for some time now. Whilst it is not in the city centre I prefer the ambience of the place. If you wish to leave your car at hotel it takes about 10-15 mins by bus into city centre and there are stops right by hotel both ways & buses frequent. Love the food here but this time had to stay Sat/Sun morning too and perplexed that they do a buffet breakfast Sun morning - normally served. Dinners excellent as usual, Maria in Restaurant her usual charming self

Beautiful well maintained property. Friendly staff, excellent food and service. Love the free car parking and easy access to the city by bus right outside the hotel. Our room was huge and very comfortable. The walk in shower was fabulous.

Room was cold 18.5 degrees on arrival. Took nearly 5 hours to reach 20 degrees. Breakfast was disappointing. Staff were helpful, but there is very little choice if you don't want cooked meal. Croissants were not nice - stodgy rather than buttery and flaky.

Good stay

The hotel is good except for the fact that rooms are non AC. Keeping tge window open is too noisy. The internet keeps dropping off and is inconsistent. However, the staff at reception and restaurant are very helpful and friendly. Thank you.
