“A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your……

“nice hotel!!”

“Me parece muy mala la relación precio calidad, era un hostal de dos estrellas yo acepto que me equivoqué al reservar porque no vi la descripción, me llevé por la localización , pero hay mucho mejores hoteles tan bien localizados como este de 4 estrellas al mismo por , en fin, habitaciones muy limpias pero muy básicas, sin teléfono , TV, y si no lo pides expresamente no te hacen el aseo de la habitación. Si eres joven y van a estar más de 4 en una habitación puede ser una alternativa. Pero no……

“terrible staff”

“Yes”

“All good, highly recommended ”

“There is no free parking at the property or in the area - something to keep in mind if you have a car (which by the way you wont need to explore Bilbao and surrounding areas as the Bizkaia card is so reasonable).”

“Very friendly and helpful front desk staffs. Free city bike, location is ok. Room is a bit tiny.”

“Perfect location right at the entrance of Casco Viejo, there’s is parking place right across the street with a very useful elevator if you are bringing big suitcases. Bathroom doors and wall are made out of glass so not a lot of privacy ;) just something to be aware off”

“Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very……

“Prime location, very clean, nice bedding, firm mattres, friendly staff”

“It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc). Nobody showed up the next day. So our complaint was not resolved. There’s also construction work outside of the……

“The bed is very comfortable.”
