The unit and location were okay but the owner needs to mention in the ad that there is no air-conditioning especially when there is a heatwave in Paris. The first night was brutal due to the heat, then power went out the next morning so we left and got a room instead at the Hyatt down the street for the remaining 3 nights that we had the apartment for and never went back to the apartment. 「Eine schöne Wohnung in unschlagbarer Lage. Der Platz ist großzügig für europäische Verhältnisse, mit einer geräumigen Küche und geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Die Sauberkeit war ausgezeichnet — frische weiße Bettwäsche und Handtücher, was beim Reisen einen großen Unterschied macht. Gerne weiterzuempfehlen.」

「La vista della camera è veramente fantastica. nonostante ciò in camera faceva caldissimo e il condizionatore non era sufficiente per rinfrescarla (oltre che ad essere pieno di polvere nel filtro). in doccia non c’è il sapone. inoltre siamo arrivati alla camera alle 15:40 e le pulizie non erano ancora iniziate, infatti siamo entrati in camera alle 16:40 al posto che alle 16. Per il resto è ben fornita (asciugacapelli e utensili per cucinare) e la posizione è comoda.」

「Photos are accurate in the listing and overall great stay. Beds are comfortable and quite clean. Location is absolutely perfect. Host Responsiveness is very quick. The key pick up location is a 10 minute walk so pick up the keys before you arrive at the property. No laundry detergent nor shampoo is provided.」
