「This is an older property and needs some updates, but the staff was amazing and super helpful and the breakfast was very good!」

「The breakfast is amazing! A large variety of foods to suit anyone’s taste! I Loved hearing the Christian music playing as we navigated from place to place in the lodge! A beautiful rustic look with hallways leading to the rooms appealing to the eyes as they are out of the ordinary straight hallways! Clean rooms, and very friendly, helpful staff made our stay here very enjoyable! This was our first stay here, but these attributes will definitely bring us back here to stay when we visit...

「Great place to stay. I love the personal balcony. We came for Christmas and the 4th of July and both times we loved staying here. Won’t stay anywhere else while in Branson.」

「We didn't eat breakfast so, I don't know about that. The room was small. The kids loved the pool. We were in a good location but, the lights from the attractions across parking lot lit up the room. It is not peaceful. The bed was very comfortable.」

「At the front desk were helpful offering discounts on tickets. Pool open 24hours. Eat breakfast there instead., went down hurts donuts, but you can walk across the street for dinner into the right and left breakfast lunch dinner spot, family, and couples」

「Chose to make reservation at this hotel for our trip to Branson primarily because they are dog friendly and the prices were reasonable. However, the experience of staying at this hotel is not one we care to repeat. Very poor customer service at check in (smartalec, unhelpful) - would have changed hotels at that point but had made nonrefundable reservation. Hard time finding room (road to back part of hotel is hidden by shadow of hotel from street light making it very hard to see after dark,...

「Didn’t have no hot water Everything else was great just no hot water in our room」

「I had two issues with the place. One, the tub didn't drain well and water filled up while taking a shower. Secondly the person who checked us in was rude. She basically said here is your key and your room # is on it. Gave us no directions to where the room was, where to park or anything about breakfast or any of the amenities. If she worked for me she would be fired on the spot. A horrible attitude to be running the front desk. Other than those two things everything else was fine. Good...

「We actually were moved to Ozark Valley Inn which they also own. Renee the manager was super. Good breakfast. Two complaints. They had great exercise equipment, but nobody must use it because it was full of cobwebs. And if you aren’t going to clean a room with a 3 night stay, provide more than one tiny waste basket or a place to empty it 」
