“Perfect place to stay for a gunner supporter. Walking distance to the Emirates. The staff meeting us with a smile every day. Close to the metro station (Picadelly line). Plus for the small kitchenette, minor minus for little place to eat in the room and bring a big knife it you need to cut something. Might be we could have borrowed, I didnt ask. We will for sure stay there another time and cant anything else than to recommend the place. ”

“The location is very convenient. I love the design of the room and it is user-friendly. You got the machines required during the trip inside the room. Staff are nice as well. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here!”

“酒店附近範圍是寧靜而安全的，步行至車站亦只是數分鐘路程，相對方便。然而，我在使用洗衣機後，因發現機門未能打開，故請酒店人員幫忙，但卻被要求等待至第二天早上才可安排維修人員到來處理，令衣服被迫留至機內整個晚上；且酒店人員第二天到來時，更意圖指摘是我們弄壞洗衣機的機門，經我們多番解釋後，事件才能解決，令我們感到有點委屈和不快。”

“Close to station. Rooms are very big and well equipped. But the pillow and beds are too soft. Otherwise it is recommendable.”

“My second stay at Arlington house during my visit in London. Love the location, very convenient, it’s right next to The Ritz. Walking distance to many shops and fine restaurants. Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite this time, and last time was the 2 bedrooms suite, room is spacious, with en-suite in each room and guest toilet. Service was great. Would definitely be back again. ”

“The room has the essentials. Good conditions. Could be cleaner though. The starways are a bit complicated, specially reaching the 5th floor. The stairway Needs handles in some areas. Communication is difficult. Contact them March 23th, received communication back April 16. Need to change the way they communicate with guests. Othet than that, the apartment is well located for what I needed. The area give the impression that you feel at home. ”

“Cute property! I liked the room but had problems with the shower temperature and a park of the toilet was missing. There were also 2 dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door.”

“I stayed in 2 bedroom flat number 4, it is very neat and renovated. The second bedroom is a bit small and has a single size bed which makes the apartment suitable for 3 persons only, not 4. The location is amazing, walking distance from everything; I would definitely stay here again. ”

“2-minute walk from the Aldgate East Underground Station, with some cafes nearby. Equipped with washing machine with drying function, which makes a long-stay (11 days and 10 nights) more convenient. Likely to stay in the same hotel when I come back to London next time.”

“We really enjoyed the boat and the area, was a peaceful and quiet space, especially after spending time in Central London. Transit made it very easy to go anywhere. Close to Kew Gardens, can walk to the Elizabeth Gate. A boat may not be for everyone, but we loved how unique it was and all the birds nearby. Mark was very helpful and accommodating as well.”
