Very very spacious. Nice layout with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms for the apartment we booked. It’s worth the money. The cleaning can be done better. Overall it’s a nice place to stay just like home.

This apartment was clean and modern - well appointed and furnished. Loved the full kitchen and washing machine. We found the location convenient to the metro, activities and good. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Would recommend and stay here again.

Definitely worth a visit

For once the reality was better than the pictures. Its so close to many historic landmarks in an area that felt safe. Even though we were surrounded by a train line and building works the noise was never an issue.There was loads of interesting things to see and watch from the balcony. We would return for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stayo Southbank! Having an entire apartment with all basic home amenities was super convenient. All the appliances worked well, the only thing missing were forms of cutlery. There were signs of a little wear and tear which is to be expected for a hotel but it was still a very comfortable and wonderful stay. I would definitely book a stay there again!

Chose this apartment for its location, and size, and we were not disappointed. The apartment was easy to locate, and email communication from Stayo team provided steps on accessing upon check in. It was a self check in and self check out property, so my only interactions with the team was via email comms. The apartment was spacious, well presented and pristine in terms of cleanliness, and was spacious enough for 6 adults with 2 sharing each room and the sofa bed in the living room. It is well located for public transport options, and there are several small supermarket options within a 2 min walk, as well as a pub. Would definitely recommend staying here, and would definitely book this again for a London trip

An excellent home base for our family of four (two parents, two teens) during our four-day London adventure. The flat was exactly as advertised—spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The heated floors were a luxurious touch we particularly appreciated after long days of sightseeing. Southbank is a great location for exploring everything London has to offer but is away from the crowds and generally much quieter than neighborhoods north of the river. While the location and amenities were great, there were two minor drawbacks: the mattresses showed signs of wear and lacked proper support, and for two nights, we experienced noise disturbance from a group of lads celebrating in the neighboring flat (clearly violating building policies). That said, the convenient location, comprehensive amenities, and thoughtful layout made this accommodation an ideal match for our family's needs. The proximity to public transportation and local attractions allowed us to maximize our London experience. Would recommend for families seeking a well-situated, comfortable base for city exploration.

Beautiful!! Almost perfect but..

This place is beautiful! Great location to everything. Views were great, and it was very clean. We had some trouble getting in because the info they sent us did not work. We tried emailing several times and still did not get the proper info. When we finally got it we were thrilled. The kitchen is lovely but be prepared to bring your own coffee, oil, salt and pepper, spices, laundry soap, etc. Nothing is provided. No big deal if we were staying longer but for a shot stay we didn't want to buy all of that. Over all we would stay there again for sure!! Just knowing what to expect helps!

Horrible customer service!

We made a mistake with Our booking dates and within a couple days later we tried every approach to adjust and they would not without a full fee cancellation. BTW, we this all happened over 70 days away from the actual stay dates. Horrible customer service! Also the photos are much nicer than the actual property. We recommend to stay away at all costs.

Problematic Check-in Process: Upon arrival, your staff firmly stated that check-in would not be possible until 3:00 PM, forcing me to leave my luggage and depart. However, when I returned at 3:10 PM, I was unexpectedly required to complete additional digital forms. Furthermore, despite being a first-time visitor, I received no clear directions to the entrance and was simply told to "follow along" without proper guidance. Shockingly Poor Room Condition: When I arrived on the 4th floor, the entrance to my room was blocked by a mop and vacuum cleaner, yet I was told to enter anyway. The entire unit smelled of dirty mop water, and the kitchen emitted what can only be described as a putrid, decomposing odor. The same foul smell was coming from the dishwasher as well. This situation fails to meet even the most basic hygiene standards. Disturbing Room Environment: A coat hanger was hanging from the ceiling in front of the living room TV, creating an unsettling and threatening atmosphere. Lamp plugs were disconnected, and no explanation or instruction about the unit was provided at all. Unresponsive Staff and Poor Service: When I called to report the lack of toilet paper and other issues, I was promised a callback that never came. I was ultimately forced to go to the 1st floor myself to obtain toilet paper. This complete disregard for guest concerns demonstrates an unacceptable level of service and a fundamental breakdown in
