「We absolutely loved this beautiful home. They really thought of every detail to make you feel at home. The beds were comfortable and we loved waking up to the beautiful view out our windows. I wished we could have stayed longer and plan to return!」

「We had a wonderful stay! The house is great for large groups, we had 7 people and had lots of extra beds. The guest house is perfect for teenagers that want to feel a bit of freedom! We came from NYC so our teenagers loved having the space. The kitchen is well appointed and the house is clean and cozy. The property it’s self was stunning. We definitely saw the eagles more than a few times. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Clean and well manicured. We spent every night around the fire pit...

「My wife and I really enjoyed our one week stay at your beautiful rental property. The house was quite spacious and fully equipped; we especially enjoyed our early mornings and evenings in the living room after a day of exploring the area. The house was close to many of the sites and outdoor activities that we had wanted to explore while we were in the area around Ithaca, especially the hiking trails and waterfalls. The area around the house was quiet and very private.」

「I stayed once prior. Left a review with not enough information.The owner is very accommodating and responds quickly with any questions and requests that you may have. The house is well kept and clean. It felt exactly like “glamping” The pond is awesome to look at and relax by.The fire pit is in the perfect location with plenty of seating to relax by.This is a really nice tranquil place. My stay was great.」

「This property was amazing for our extended family stay. There was plenty of space to stretch out and do your own thing and then come together for meals. Kitchen was ample size to be able to cook for our large party. Paddle boards and kayaks were a great addition and lots of fish were caught. Would definitely recomment this for your extended families stay! 」

「Very lovely hosts, provided so many thoughtful treats for us upon our arrival including turning on the lights so we wouldn't be entering the dark. They have a great walking path through their property that is well maintained an my dog enjoyed it immensely. On a clear night, there are stars for days. It was the perfect retreat for us.」

「The trout river house is great! Has everything you need to have a great weekend and relax. There’s lots to do around the area but we didn’t feel the need to explore much since we were so comfy at the house. Justin was great to work with through the whole process!」

"The facilities are too old, the room is very small, and some lights are not working. I have stayed in the same hotel before and it was not like this. In short, this one is very bad."
