“Satisfactory ”

“Really good location. Lots to eat for breakfast. The hotel is in need of a renovation. The decor is dated but the hotel is functional. When I got to my room the TV would not turn on I tried getting assistance via the phone but that did not work. I went to reception to tell them about the TV and someone came up and gave me a remote that did not work in the end both the remote and phone had to be replaced. The rooms need soun proofing. When I was sitting in the lobby I noted cobwebs which would……

“We stayed for one night for bed and breakfast. We couldn't fault the staff. Everyone was kind and attentive and we enjoyed our meal and evening. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. Our room was clean and generally good however, the bathroom was tired and the grout was in a poor condition. The car park nearby was very reasonable for overnight parking but it was in need of a clean up.”

“We had two rooms in the main house on the top floor. We did not see the inside of the lodges. Experia had a good late offer on a Deluxe Superior Room (which the hotel itself wouldn’t price match) which worked out the same price as a standard sea view room that we had booked through the hotel directly. The rooms were a good size and standard (especially the Superior). The bathrooms in both rooms were a bit tired and perhaps most disappointing was the bath tap mixer shower which just provided a……
