The staff's response was: "There is the season......" Request full refund damage.”

“Cabin was very cozy. Kids loved the loft space and hot tub. Water was hot and heat was abundant once we got it figured out. Host was very responsive with all questions during stay. New deck going on while we were there but hardly noticed any work being done. Beds were comfortable and all amenities as expected. ”
