“Property was in good condition. Checking and out was easy and quick. Only issue we had was that the room was only checked every other day. We had to go get towels, and toilet paper. Also, we had to empty and throw our own trash cans.”

Nothing was clean, dust, dirt, dead bugs, comforter and sheets/pillowcases smelled awful, there was not housekeeping the entire week. I paid so I stayed since nothing is refundable. No cookware and only broken grills outside. No trash can in the kitchen so needing to order in I left with 3 bags of trash consisting of leftover food and containers that were sitting in my……

“Our room key didn't work so had to get new keys 3 times. Hallway had a weird smell and had stains on carpet. The door to our room was dirty (inside and out). Elevator inspection that was posted was past due. The check in girl was very nice at least.”

“Headboards were layers with dust & webs. Bathroom hadn’t been swept. The bathroom plug didn’t work and appeared to be either burned or caked with something brown. The ac was placed in a corner and a table in front of it so the air did not circulate through the room. The halls smelled damp and moldy. Make sure you request an INTERIOR room as most of the rooms are outside access only.”

“The room was huge and comfortable, but... Our room was missing a few things like the toilet paper roll holder, an ice bucket and I believe a lot of the dishes in the kitchen area. Someone had broken a plug off in the light fixture which could be dangerous. My daughter found an eyelash stuck to her bed comforter. So lots of random weirdness. As for the property, only one of the elevators is in working order. So you have to wait a long time. Other than that, there are lots of amenities. The……
