「The property itself is nice, however the location is left to be desired due to it being located on the same block as a homeless shelter. The studio was affordable and close enough to the downtown core to have the amenities nearby. The host is a lovely person and is very detailed and friendly. I would stay again for the affordable price but the area isn’t a great one. We couldn’t figure out where the garbage had to be taken out so we ended up leaving it in a trash can outside after checking...

「Here’s a clearer and more polished version of your review: We did enjoy our stay overall and checked out both rooms, which were great. However, one of the beds did have a few stains on it. One thing to keep in mind is that the people upstairs can be pretty loud at night — you can hear walking around and conversations pretty clearly.
