“Good sized and clean room but corridors were dirty as food scraps were left overnight without anyone dealing with it or doing walkthroughs. Somewhat noisy for rooms positioned near on-floor facilities such as vending machines. A decent gym and pool.”

“We stayed at this hotel as it was close to where our event was. However, the parking garage is far from the elevator to the rooms. In the room itself, the bathroom was dirty, all corners of the bathroom and the floor were dirty (I cleaned hair bunnies under the sink from previous guests), the area around the drain plug on both the sink and the tub were filthy. It took me less than 1 minute to clean the sink and this should have been done before we took the room. I left the tub for the cleaner to……

“Had 3 rooms with double beds booked for 3 months. Got there and only two were available. Was offered an “upgrade” to a suite, but the suite had a king bed and couch sofa, not really an upgrade. Outside of that, great stay.”

“I always stay here when in Red Deer. Hotel is showing a little wear but the rooms are super clean and the staff are amazing”
