「Very friendly staff, always willing to help with a warm attitude! Ray was especially amazing! Breakfast had wonderful variety & divine tasting food. Cleaning staff made it hassle-free, tending to the room as soon as we left in the am. Property very clean & modern. Location for hiking & soft, sand beach with interesting port & flamingoes was a nature-lovers dream. Stored luggage with a smile. Nice, quiet rooms. No elevator dinging!! Only suggestion: Place small washcloths in bath.」

「Highly recommend. Good location if you've hired a car, easy access. Only 10mins from Oliva Nova Met. Plenty of shops and eating places within walking distance. Breakfast and evening meal good in the restaurant. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms very clean. Only complaint is they should have tea/coffee/ biscuit facilities in rooms, you had to ask for a kettle, which they will provide. So remember to take your own.」

「The hotel was very clean,room was lovely and spacious.As a solo guest I felt very safe and the staff were friendly Spa was amazing and relaxing. The breakfast was good but the food at dinner was not as hot as it could be and not too many choices but it was early in the season.」

「3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself」
