"Room is clean. It’s the bed, I think mattress needs changing in 1011. And the map of car park should more clearer. I know it’s easy to instruct and follow if you know the place but if you’re not know the place it’s hard. Or maybe they need to include the photo of car park gate."

Staff were incredibly helpful, and friendly we were given an amazing restaurant recommendation by the lady on the front desk. The secure parking on site was an added bonus and made the whole experience effortless. We look forward to staying again in future. "

"The room was clean, and comfortable. The staff however, were exceptional! We were staying for two nights. After the first night, our son suffered a medical emergency. The hotel staff made sure to sort the room out and clean up everything while we accompanied our son to hospital. After, they checked on us, and made everything easier for us while he was recovering.
