We were very happy and grateful to all the hotel staff; they treated us very well. Our room was excellent, with a beautiful ocean view, very comfortable beds, fresh air, and everything was very clean. The food and drinks were 10/10. The pools are excellent and very clean. We had an amazing time at the Royal Solaris Cancún. The staff were great, the food was amazing. So many options at the buffet to fit everyone’s likes. They changed the menu every night to different themes. They also had many cooking stations where they made the food fresh in front of you (the omelettes in the morning that Edgar made were amazing!) The pools were clean and well maintained. There was quite a bit of seagarssum on the beach when we went but the resort cleaned it quite often. We don’t have kids but we noticed there were a lot of activities and things to do for the kids. There’s also a daily schedule with many different activities and shows to do throughout the day. Overall our experience was unmatched and we really enjoyed every moment of it! We will definitely be returning!

When we checked in the lady at front desk didn’t tell us about nightly shows at the theatre, we missed 5 nights of it. Our teens were bored wish we knew sooner. The people who book experiences, the gentleman was amazing. He helped us book on Sunday in the afternoon. He needs a raise. We didn’t like the bed. Very uncomfortable left us with back pains. Pillows were terrible. Towels and blankets are very worn out. No robes in the bathroom. The property needs a Reno. Pool staff were fantastic, they made the stay good. David at the bar was amazing. Dinner Buffett was repeated several times and lacked taste. One waiter at the dinner Buffett was terrible. Seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He had a tattoo on his neck with glasses. Only wanted to wait on females. Manuel was amazing in the mornings for breakfast always offering extra, he needs a raise. Breakfast buffet was my husband’s favourite and Estefanie made the best omelets. I overall stay six out of 10. House keeping was good. Resort needs more activities by the pool, not only Saturday and Thursday. I don’t think we’ll be back to ROYAL SOLARIES BUT might try the Cribe. Overall stay. 6/10

We stayed there for 7 days The room was clean and they did room cleaning every day The staff was friendly The location was perfect and easy to transport from the resort and back What we like is the everyday event and the activity throughout the day was so nice we had a Michael Jackson show, karaoke nights and a dance show which was so beautiful The thing that we did not like about the resort was the food, I will rate the food from 3 out of 5 and they did use a special scents in the lobby which was very strong and made our allergy getting worse, I asked them to turn it off and they did for one day and reused it the next day which was really bothering they plugged them into the walls in the lobby area.
