“Jungle vibes, sweet staff and very clean rooms. But the poolsides were messy and dirty in the mornings. For whatever reason emergency lights went on at 3am one night & would not turn off, disturbed our sleep. Entrance presentation needs a facelift. I’d rate the resort a 3.5-4stars. ”

“Mitten in der Natur gelegen mit tollem Blick auf den Vulkan. Die Zimmer waren Sauber und mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet. Der Zustand der Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber sie waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool mit Bar war sehr schön und das Wasser war angenehm warm Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend und das Angebot wechselte zum Teil täglich.”

“酒店虽然小了点 ，但是环境真的很不错！游泳池很大，还有几个按摩热水池！我们和朋友分开订的房间，酒店贴心帮我们开了相邻的房间！ 早餐相当不错，食物选择不多， 但是东西很好吃！就是有个小问题： 房间wifi不是很好，要到房间外面才能连上wifi! 下次还会选择这个酒店！真心点个赞！”

Notre chambre était une suite avec vue panoramique, wow Nous avons beaucoup aimé descendre à la rivière. La décoration de l’hôtel est superbe. Le luxe dans la nature!”

“Great stay and amazing location but the room was not clean. Right when my friend and I walked into the room, we found an acrylic nail on the floor and hair in the shower. The towels had bleach stain on them and the mattress was really hard. Like rock solid. The property is gorgeous so we had no complaints about that and staff was very nice, especially at the restaurant. We also had a big bug problem in the room (understandable since we are in the jungle I get it) but it was really bad. There is……
