"The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful; however, the dining experience was quite disappointing and inconvenient. Due to the seaweed issue, the snack shack was closed Monday through Thursday, which significantly limited available food options. Additionally, the resort restaurants operated on rotating schedules, meaning not all restaurants were open daily. This resulted in long wait times at the restaurants that were available. For example, our party of six waited over an hour to be seated at the steakhouse. The Italian restaurant required reservations several days in advance and was unable to accommodate us during our stay, and the wok restaurant was closed the entire week. As a result, our only consistent dining option was Sanctuary Town, which is not included in the all-inclusive package. Unfortunately, santuary town area felt very quiet and lacked activity Another concern was the excessive pricing at the hotel shops and spa. One ring being sold for $150 USD at the resort was available on Amazon for approximately $20, which made the pricing feel extremely inflated for tourists. If you wanted to get a basic manicure or pedicure you are looking at spending over 100$ Lastly, I would not recommend visiting this hotel during the summer months if you want the beach, the beach was closed for the entirety of our stay due to an overwhelming amount of seaweed, which negatively impacted the overall experience."
