"Very clean rooms, wifi didn't work in my room, so it forced me not to work..lol. Very clean property. Buffet staff was AMAZING and very accommodating. SPA was great. Only regret is I wish I had booked a spa treatment for every day."

"This was my fifth stay at the Majestic hotels. Overall, we enjoyed our stays here that’s why we keep coming back. But we probably won’t be returning here again. Twice, all our keys were desactivated so we have to walk back to the lobby in our wet bathing suits, wait in line for half an hour then we can go back to our room. Both time they just won’t give us the real reason why. And it’s not because of our cell phones because they are bracelet keys and it happen to all of us at the same time. Maybe it’s time to try something new. Other than these pissed off moments, everything else was still good. Love the many cats there."

"The staff was very nice, and helpful no ask was too big. The rooms were clean and beautiful. There is always something to do whether you're visiting the casino getting a massage at the spa or napping by the pool. The water aerobics class was fun. The nightly shows were really good. The Michael Jackson impersonator was amazing! The only disappointment was the food. Some of the all-inclusive restaurant's food was downright awful. The taco meat at the Mexican restaurant was seasoned perfectly but was cold. The French toast at the breakfast buffet was cold, even though the pan came out from the back steaming hot. The pasta at the Italian restaurant was over cooked. I ordered the birthday package for my daughter's birthday. The cake was dry like it had been baked and then frozen and unthawed. Even the pastries in the coffee shop were dry. I enjoyed my stay, but the food needs a serious makeover. The food at the pool snack bar tasted better than the main restaurants."
