「A lovely hotel, very clean, colourful and calming. The spa and thermal pool are wonderful and the rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the tree topped hillside. The staff are the really impressive part of the stay however, incredibly nice and smiley, helpful and understanding. The only possible drawback would be its location if you plan on moving around the island a lot, as it’s elevated on the hillside. I didn’t mind this at all though, and the shuttle service helped a lot.」

「I came to Sorrento for a short stay to celebrate my 40th birthday. My partner emailed the hotel and I also left a message on the booking to see if there was anything they could do. They did absolutely zero to even acknowledge this or even wish me a Happy Birthday despite them scanning my passport further confirming that it was indeed my 40th birthday.
