“This property is delightful. It's very "beachy" and relaxing. There are lots of thoughtful amenities which made our stay smooth. The only thing I would mention is that the property is reached by a set of six stair steps, even though strictly speaking it is on the first floor of the house. That wasn't a problem for us. Other than that, we can highly recommend it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. (My husband wants me to mention that he loved the bed and slept very well.)”

“We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn't have been better—right in the center of town and within easy walking distance of great shops and restaurants, Despite being so convenient, it was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The appartment was perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. “I was in town with my teenage daughter for a lacrosse tournament. All the hotels were booked, so we thought this would be a good option. IT WAS NOT. First of all, the blue room really only sleeps 1 comfortably. The bed is a double, not a queen. The pull out couch is very uncomfortable, basically metal springs with some padding over it. We also couldn't get the TV to turn on, but these inconveniences were not deal breakers. We were planning to stay. To be clear, this is actually just a……

“The only reasons I have in giving "good" rather than excellent reviews are these:Unable to reach the actual property owner with questions, BUT the Evolve property manager contact was responsive. I was directed to the property cleaner, who passed me on to the owner -whom I could not reach. The property was very clean, mostly... but the futon was full of crumbs and animal hair when opened up. The bathroom fan did not work. The bathroom rug was dirty. No paring knives, paper towels; very few……
