“Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Das Haus hat viel Charme und vermittelt einen gepflegten, hochwertigen Eindruck, der der Hotelkategorie absolut gerecht wird. Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne Blick auf den Hafen, den wir von unserem Zimmer aus genießen konnten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und ausreichend, mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Gebäck und süßen Speisen. Auch die Parksituation war deutlich……

“This Casa is amazing. The views are stunning all day and night. It is 350m+ up from Vernazza. If you are a hiker, the up and down will satisfy you. And for those who aren't there is a convenient bus with a stop in town at the post office and one for down at San Bernardino ... 10min walk from the stop to the house. There are no restaurants up high ... these are all in the villages. But mini fridges in the room for simple fare. The staff are charming and helpful. Always be prepared to walk if……

“Staff were super helpful and communicative. The location was amazing and the amenities were very nice (mini fridge + complimentary water, coffee, wine & morning focaccia). Be sure to look at the room names when booking. While all of the rooms are nice, not all have the amazing patios or views.”
