“After a slight hiccup when I booked my stay, things went well. (Received a message after I paid from the property owners requesting information such as marital status before they would confirm my booking)Property is clean and private. Slept great!!!”

“This is a no-frills kind of place. The stairway to the apartment is narrow and curved. There is a strong smoke smell in the building corridor which seeps into the living room of the apartment a little bit, but fortunately doesn't reach the bedrooms. The walls are thin, and I could hear bits of conversation and walking around from the upstairs unit. Some things seem not to have been designed with actual comfort in mind - for example, there are flashy LED lights in the ceiling, but no bedside lamp……

“Host messaged me after booking and told me his place was actually unavailable but would not cancel my reservation because he would get charged by vrbo. Very inconsiderate considering the time it takes to get refunded by vrbo - I am still waiting for my refund after long conversations with them. He essentially passes on the fee to me in doing this given the cost of my time to obtain this refund. Do not recommend. ”

Well within walking distance to downtown sites, restaurants and amenities. Very safe neighborhood and excellent parking. Jen and Rod are outstanding hosts and highly recommend this to Gettysburg visitors. Thank you so much!”

“The communication was horrible between property and Expedia. I had confirmation and arrived at property and they said I did not. Then it took 90 minutes to tell me that reservation was not available. Overall horrible experience.”
