“Veldig koselig og ordentlig hotell. Har alle fasiliteter man trenger. Enkel, men svært god frokost. Mulighet for middag, og nydelig bar bygget inn i fjellet over hotellet. Oppvarmet svømmebasseng, med mulig for servering ved bassengkanten. Rent og svært hyggelig personale. Parkering ved veien langs promenaden, ellers er det mulighet for parkering ca.100m borti veien. Hadde ingen problemer med parkering. Trygt. ”

“Er is een groot aantal negatieve reviews over dit hotel te vinden. Was eerlijk gezegd ook bang dat we in een uitgeleefd oord terecht zouden komen. En dat is absoluut niet het geval. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon, het uitzicht is fantastisch en het ontbijtbuffet meer dan goed. Zij hebben in coronatijd misschien lang onvoldoende inkomsten gehad en zodoende wat onderhoud laten liggen en maar daar is nu geen enkele sprake meer van. En bovendien een pluim voor het personeel! Het enige wat het hotel……

“Our staying was not perfect but very reasonably good. Hotel is a "bit" outdated but location is good with perfect nature exposure. The room was huge with ocean view. The staff is excellent, patient, polite and very helpful. The dinner was slightly below expectation, and we opted to taste it only once.”

“What an awesome stay! The place is nestled in the mountains a few km above Sao Vicente. You’ll need wheels! It is a typical village surrounded by locals - not a tourist in site. The perfect getaway! The property itself was great. Obviously lived in, so you’re in somebody’s actual house rather than a faceless rental. Everything you need is there to cook, clean and sleep soundly. “Très belle vacances à Madère, très belle vue à l’extérieur du logement, mais ne faite pas du cuisine avec la poêle car plus de revêtements dans le fond, la pomme de douche n’en parlons pas, et l’odeur au niveau de l’évacuation tout simplement affreuse et l’appartement également en y rentrant”

“Zwei Wochen Urlaub in dem Apartment habe ich sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist wie beschreiben. Sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was im Urlaub benötigt, und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt war per WhatsApp immer ansprechbar. Größere Besucher behindern die Dachschrägen in Bad und in der Küche etwas. Dafür entschädigt die wunderschöne Terrasse. Groß, sehr privat, mit Sonnenschirm und Grill, und mit Meerblick und dem ganzen Tag Sonne. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Ein Wagen ist erforderlich. Dann ist……

“We had a fantastic stay with Maria. The rustic property was in a cute, quiet, and private location with an amazing view of the ocean. Easy parking was available below the church, which was a 5-minute walk away from the property. The garden and view were highlights of the property that we will always remember. “Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Der Ausblick und die super ruhige Lage waren unser Highlight. Was die Ausstattung angeht, war alles da was man braucht. Die Anfahrt zum Haus lief problemlos, nur die letzte Straße zum Haus ist sehr steil, aber trotzdem gut machbar. Alles in allem waren es dort wirklich tolle Tage!”

“Als erstes möchte ich erwähnen welch eine tolle Gastgeberin Christina ist. So eine herzliche und freundliche Gastgeberin durften wir noch nie kennenlernen. Wir wurden mit einem sehr leckeren Abendessen empfangen ,es waren Getränke vorbereitet und Christina war immer sofort da wenn es Fragen gab. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich heutzutage. Vielen lieben Dank dafür Christina. Die Villa ist ein Traum. Man findet alles genauso vor wie auf den Bildern. Wenn nicht sogar besser. Der Ausblick auf das……

“Une maison extrêmement confortable, spacieuse et superbement décorée au cœur de l’île, idéalement située pour les visites. Accueil parfait et chaleureux dés l’aéroport où notre hôte est venu nous chercher ( 6 adultes et 6 enfants) avec les deux véhicules que nous lui avions loués. Tout était parfait. Un grand merci.”
