“Dry clean and updated room. Nice breakfast with eggs and sausage rounds. Clean heated pool that is open till 11:00pm. Unfortunately they were out of cookies until their delivery arrived.”

The pool was fun but wow there was so much chlorine just the air around it burned the eyes lol I do wish the little shop at the register had dish soap to wash out the kid’s bottles as I forgot to bring any. It was nice to have the washer and dryer as well. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again”

“We made a trip this way to visit Cedar Point. This was a very clean family friendly hotel. We stayed three nights with two adults and three kids (15,13,11). Kids enjoyed the breakfast and large spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable and it was a great experience overall. We are returning at the end of the month to visit Cedar Point again and currently finalizing the dates and thinking of booking this hotel again as we had a great stay !”

“It is a business place with a pretty great atmosphere! I loved the hot breakfast options. The pool was heated and indoors. I think they use salt water instead of chlorine and I enjoyed that. I stayed in a king suite with my friend the night before going to Cedar Point. It's a great location for that. We were fully rested after making the trek from Illinois. My room was quiet. The AC is a force to be reckoned with, we could see our breath after it kicked on haha. Big thanks to Ken and other team……

“Room was just ok as far as cleanliness but definitely could have been cleaner. Shower had soap and shampoo scum on it. Also there was no where to hang clothes or nothing too set your luggage on, also no clock and no tissues. Bed was like sleeping in a hole and ac was incredibly loud, no continental breakfast. We couldn't get a good not sleep. We would not stay at this facility again or recommend it to anyone.”

“Our room looked decent until I went into the bathroom lifted the seat and saw a CLOGGED TOILET. Someone took a dump before us and the HOTEL DIDN’T CLEAN OUR ROOM. I just instantly felt disgusting. If they didn’t clean the toilet, they probably didn’t clean the sink, our bed, the floors. I went to the front desk about it and they didn’t have any other rooms for us to stay. They unclogged the toilet for us. The front desk lady was nice and understanding about it. Hotel is very standard. Nothing……

“We had a nice stay. The bedding and rooms were very clean in our second room. The first room we were given had a sticky desk and a discolored toilet bowl - which according to staff was due to a cleaner that was used. It looked disgusting (as if residue had been there a long time) and we requested a new room. The breakfast included eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy so it was beyond the typical fare. “We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and both breakfasts were very good with a nice selection of food. The only minor issue was that the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty, but after we informed the front desk, the receptionist quickly brought replacements. “Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be .……
