「Comfortable hotel near Cat Ba town, with good views of the bay, and out of sight of the building work in town. We had a one night stay before a boat trip on Lan Ha and Halong Bays. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, effective Aircon, and comfortable bed, although slightly limited choice of nearby restaurants.」

「Was a great stay. Breakfast on the street is great, rooms spacious and in a cave, very cool. The only resort that I stayed in Vietnam that had hot water. The staff very welcoming and extremely helpful. Shame about the monster resort getting built in front, looking at cranes and building work. 」

「The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.」

「The staff was incredible. They ensured we had a booking for our bus the next morning and dropped us off at the bus location after breakfast. Breakfast was quite extravagant with very beautiful views. The roof top pool wasn’t very fancy but had a great view and was everything you could need. 」

「Jenny nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de chaleur et de gentillesse. L'hôtel est bien situé, au bord du lac. Malheureusement, les abords de ce lac sont en travaux. D'ailleurs, l'ancienne plage est totalement en travaux également... Construction de nouveaux bâtiments sur du terrain gagnés sur la mer. Enfin cela n'a absolument pas gâché notre séjour. L'hôtel est proche du centre-ville, d'une plage charmante et les activités touristiques sont incontournables. Très bons conseils grâce à Jenny. 」

「It was good stay for me and my wife. Room and restroom were clean and bed was comfortable with clean covers. Sea view room has really nice view in the room and the terras and the hotel owner was so kind. He smiled everytime he saw us and tried to help us for everything we needed. He arranged 1 day tour and returning bus for us with cheap price, and the quality of those services were very good. It's not fancy modern hotel but clean enough, good view, good location, with very kind staffs and...
