「We booked thru Expedia. The hotel could not find our reservation and check in took over an hour. To compensate for the trouble, Embassy Suites upgraded our room, waived parking fee and shared Hilton Honors gift bag. Hotel is secluded, quiet and beautifully decorated. 」
