Top Central America Hotel Reviews

Occidental Costa Cancún All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Food, drinks and room were perfect."

Camino Real Aeropuerto Mexico
8/10 Good
"This hotel is a good option for a one-night stay with easy access to the airport.
Communication before arrival could be improved, with a bit more kindness in the wording and a clear contact name so you know who you are dealing with (just my opinion).
Once we arrived, front service was good. "

Hotel Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas - All Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The property is in need of updating. The pool tiles were dirty in some areas and pool edges were cracked. The mirrors in the bathroom needs replacing and the shelf in the bathroom was slanting. The phone in our room did not work and we had to report that. The food was all very good."

Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing stay! The resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing from the moment we arrived.”
“One of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve had. Everything was well organized and the service was outstanding.”
Food & Drinks
“The food was excellent with a huge variety of options. Every restaurant had fresh, flavorful dishes.”
“Great selection of restaurants and bars. The cocktails were fantastic and always served with a smile.”
The only perk - the pools where rather small compared to the nr of people in the hotel and the beach not really what you would expect from Cancun "

Hotel Riu Palace Baja California - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"The shuttle was smooth arriving and returning. Staff at resort was amazing. Food was great. Such good restaurant and adults only a plus. Only complaint I wish they had a night life for adults. Not the other resorts with so many sprinbreakers. I love the 9pm shows but i would have liked a more detailed after party in the resort. That is the only thing the lack and the pina colada mixture is disappointing. But everything else was great."

GR Solaris Cancun & Spa - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay here! The Expedia check-in process was very quick and organized. We enjoyed the wonderful pools and all of the daily activities and the poolside special lunch themes. We ate in all 3 of the restaurants and we liked Zai and Don Gus. We did not enjoy Marco Polo as much, the menu was limited and the portions were small. A big shout out to the great pool-side bartenders (Nelson+Alfredo)! The nightly planned entertainment was very good also. We had a small issue with our A/C being too cold but they came up and fixed it. After 9pm there is nowhere to go to get a light snack everything is closed. They should serve some small snacks in the lobby bar since it is open until midnight and people are drinking and socializing. Overall we had a great stay here and I would recommend this resort."

Hotel Riu Cancun - Adults Only - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"I didn’t use the gym"

Hotel Riu Santa Fe - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"We booked for 4 nights and 5 days but our flight through Expedia got delayed. We ended up staying only 3 nights and 4 days but we are requesting our money back for the 1st night that we missed. Both Expedia and Riu Santa Fe have horrible customer service but our stay was good. We need to be reimbursed for our first night."

The Westin Resort & Spa, Cancun
8/10 Good
"Pros: The way the reception team greeted and received us is fantastic. Hotel staff and their Service is very good. Stay was pleasant, properly is cleanly maintained.
Cons: There is no elevator from parking to lobby. Each time you and your family pull out the car, it’s punishment for all to climb narrow stairs from parking. UG parking was smoke filled and not properly ventilated, airiated. Restaurant service was pathetic and taste was not up to the mark"
