「If I could give just one star, I would. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is, honestly, because of Sergio at the front desk; he was very friendly attentive and helpful. However, the property itself leaves a lot to be desired. It feels like the kind of place where they just want you to snap a few photos and leave; it smells like a swamp. 「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」

「Good location, but was woken up at 2:30am by a group that seemed to be fighting drunk. When i asked the staff the day after what had happened they said there was a flight cancelled. They should have requested the other guests to be mindful of the others due to the noise, but they didn’t do anything about it. The pool, only open from 4pm, was closed for maintenance at 5pm and the gym is very very basic.」
