“Due to some timing issues, we were allowed to check in early. The owner had the place ready for us with the A/C on. She was always available and always willing to help. “ 10/10 StayFantastic location — close to great restaurants, banks, EV chargers, Walmart, downtown Phoenix, casinos, and murals. Everything we wanted to do was nearby.The place was clean and well set up. The queen air mattress was very easy to use—just turn it on and it inflates and shuts off automatically. With the chill gel cover and sheet on top, it was surprisingly nice. Easy stay overall and we’d definitely book again.”

“It was a comfortable long-term stay (>100 nights) while we purchased and renovated our new home a few miles away. The home is relatively new construction. There weren't many views from the house, no pool or spa, and not much to do within walking distance, but that was true of most of the area, especially for the price. Still, the location was reasonably convenient. There is an attached one-bedroom unit that is also used as a short-term rental; you never know what kind of neighbor you will end up……
