“Excellent location... Very cleaned....it is perfect”

“Great stay. I'm from the area but had friends visiting from out of town. This was a great location only a quick walk to Michigan Avenue and 15 minutes from the loop. The apartment was spacious, and I appreciated having disney plus/netflix signed into the TV. The check-in and check-out was really easy with an accompanying video and easy lockbox location. Host/company was also very communicative, and let me grab something I forgot in my rental after checking out!Parking space was also clutch, just……

“The apartment was nice and well equipped. The location was convenient. Two things keep this from being a 5-star review. First, there is only one key fob provided to enter the build, elevator, and apartment. This makes it difficult for a group who wants to divide up to come and go. If your party wants to do different things, you will have to plan around the single fob. Second, the smoke detector in the adjacent unit chirped every 60 seconds the duration of our stay. We reported it to the front……

“Felt pretty safe with the security requirement to scan in and out. Beautiful view from the windows that are better than advertised. We didnt hear much from neighbors so slept really well. The only issue was the inconsistency of the security gaurds, some had us scan different cards to enter and exit and didnt seem to all be on the same page. The parking garage is not connected to the building which wasnt the biggest inconvenience except when it was hailing and we had to walk to half a block or……

“Great location, close to public transport and Whole Foods. The property was clean, quiet, and easy to access. The host was great with communication. We would stay again! ”

Elevator got stuck on one floor but phone number clearly posted and answered by someone who kept me on the phone until problem solved! Good service indeed.”
