“We gave this stay in Hollywood 5 stars. The parking situation was excellent, and the location was perfect—being so central made it easy to go both east and west around the city. There are great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance; our favorites were Liberation Coffee and Pizzeria Mozza at the Melrose & Highland intersection.The place itself was very clean and had plenty of thoughtful touches, including a lovely outdoor patio. “House was very clean and well stocked with amenities; soap, shampoo, detergent, coffee, spices. Leon was responsive to all questions and even brought toilet paper rolls that were missing in bathrooms. House has rear parking for 2 cars; EV slot is a bit tight and fits only a smaller car or SUV. There are 2 bedrooms on ground floor with 1 full bath with shower; middle floor has kitchen, sofa bed, dining table, 1/2 bath washer dryer; top floor has 2 bedrooms each with full bath. 4 bedroom 3.5……

Peter and Amanda were super helpful and thorough with the check-in instructions, very accommodating when we needed to add an extra guest, and great with communication overall. The place itself was very clean, beautifully decorated with a subtle NYC-inspired touch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The space felt roomy, offered a great view of the city, and was in a perfect spot as it is walking distance from plenty of restaurants……
