“It started on a good note, we came a day early and we could rent the room an extra day, quick response but weird, Venmo an individual before getting any information but ok. We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. That didn’t last long as someone kept setting it back to air……

“The room is quite tight but with all well designed necessities which the customers demand is considered . Most functions of dining , meeting and working are allocated in its lobby areas to get the community more closely. “Phenomenal new boutique hotel in a great location. The entire team is welcoming and goes above and beyond to make your stay special. Beautifully designed property all around - room was spacious, clean and comfortable with great views. Nice to relax on the rooftop with a cocktail in the evening. "這幾年因為小孩唸書，我們來LA都會住JW Marriott，而且都會住到一星期左右。服務人員友善、房間空間大，住宿滿意度都很好，唯一的缺點就是check out時一定要現場仔細核對帳目明細。過去幾次都發現有多charge的情形，像這次check out發現比我們應付的多了$200多美金，原來旅館自動給我們加上每天的停車費，可是我們根本沒開車！以前都是拿了收據就離開，回家後才發現有多charge一些沒有消費的金額，那次之後我們就一定在櫃檯仔細核對(大部分都會有多收費的問題)，確定沒問題才結帳。雖然如此，我們們下次來LA還是會住JW Marriott。"
