「We booked two rooms and Hailey made sure to put us together. She could not have been kinder about helping us to find places to eat and make us feel comfortable as we dropped my son off for his first semester of college.」

「The hotel is clean and the service is good, but the soundproofing is not very good」

「This place is terrific. Very helpful staff. Perfect for families and a convenient location close to town. We would come back here again!」

「First off one must remember this is a historical building, therefore the stairs are steep, the handrails low and floors creak, so you have an idea of what to expect. The place was clean, the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious with and we shared a table with a nice couple. The location was fantastic, easy walk to the Baseball Hall of Fame and The Otesaga Resort which is lovely place for a drink with a fantastic view.」
