"I prepaid for a room. Room wasn’t ready at check-in. We were told the lot was full and we had to figure something else out. Have a parking spot during a busy concert weekend is one of the reasons we picked to stay there. After the concert, waited 1.5 hours to get out of the garage we finally found a spot in. Went back to the hotel and was told they don’t have a room for us (supposedly because of a pipe issue, but more likely they overbooked). They offered us a room at another hotel that was 35 minutes away. At that point, we decided to just drive home (2.5 hours away). If this is the kind of customer service $415 a night buys, I think I’ll pass. I won’t be staying at a Graduate again. "
