“This small apartment sits on a multi family property with two apartments in one unit and a full home about 50 yards beside it. All are rented separately. This unit is very contemporary with stairs going to the loft that require a watchful eye. The deck is shared with both apartments with some outdoor furniture. A full kitchen is offered as well as a roomy bathroom with a large shower. The hot water tank is small but should last for 2 limited showers. There is a pull out couch on the main floor……

“This home had everything we needed. My family and extended family (two German Shepherds) had a really great time. Every thing was so like brand new that I even conveyed to the owner that I was afraid to scratch or dirty anything. I asked the owner why he put "just basics" in the description. He responded there was no pool or hot tub .... so what. Great place to relax and to use as a base camp for anything that you want to do in the area. I have friends in the area and will definitely stay in……

“A beautiful location right on the water with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the gorgeous view. The room was cozy and clean. Highlight was the kayaks freely available for exploring the river and seeing manatees close up!”

“This townhouse was fabulous. The best part is that it is a corner property with wraparound views of the water as far as you can see. There are no obstructing views whatsoever. The vaulted living room ceiling is exquisite. The furnishings were comfortable, clean, and perfect for the size of the property. Adam communicated regularly and provided lots of tips for restaurants in the area. The check-in process could not have been any smoother or easier. I would come back here again and again. Thank……

“Dona is a PROFESSIONAL exotic animal steward. They are not her “pets” though she loves them all. They were surrendered to her and her family by various people who bought them through exotic pet dealers. Do not go here expecting to hold a lemur or play with a fox. It’s an absolutely gorgeous place and an honor just to see the incredible animals she cares for. The apartment is just perfect for a nice little stay and taste of farm life”

The beds were comfortable (a comment I always look for in reviews. The neighborhood was fine, and the door code made arrival easy. (Small potential negatives: we couldn't operate the TV -- there must be some trick, so ask; and……

“The property itself was clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for. There were snacks for us. It had a nice wide driveway. It was in an older neighborhood with some houses needing some maintenance. However, we would stay there again.”

“The boathouse was perfect for me and my husband! We had everything we needed, took full advantage of the kayak and spent hours on the water!! It was just beautiful and we saw so many manatee!! The bed was comfy and the shower was great! Teddi goes above and beyond to make sure you’ve got everything you need including info about restaurants etc. I hope we’re lucky enough to stay here again someday.”
