“My husband got bitten all over his arms and back by bed bugs. It has been over 10 days and he still can’t get rid of the itch and urge to scratch. He is in pain. He called the hotel directly to let them know about it and got told that they couldn’t do anything because “we had booked the room via Expedia”. This is unacceptable. They have to be held accountable.”
