「Great hotel & resort」

「This is as small property with a laid back vibe. Not your typical all inclusive resort. It is an older property and dated but that is what gives it charm. The only complaint is the small shower, but we knew about that prior to our visit. No biggie! Rooms are very clean! The staff are great and the food is hands down the best we have ever had at an all inclusive. It is not gourmet, but good food done well! No buffets here! Make sure you meet Big Dog at Iggies. If she does not put a smile on...

「Very clean, great parking and the breakfast was good.」

「The location and staff were amazing. Snorkeling was great with lots of fish and clear water . Considering the price however, i feel like a lot of the appliances and utilities could use some updating. We paid for the best room and the microwave and TV were broken. also a few of the washdowns out by the beach were also broken. the other appliances were old and need updating. Other than that the place was amazing. The staff was super helpful and nice」

「I wish it had a balcony to over look the harbor」

「好」

「Room was not there when we arrived even though we arrived 5 hours after our check in time so we had to wait another hour. They do not clean the room if you dont stay more than 8 days. The deal breaker is charging 2x for fees they did not state on their booking info and not responding to the messages i have sent them.」

「the hotel location from the beach and airport are wonderful. But there is NOTHING to eat. They have 1 vending machine with drinks only no restaurant and the pool is cloudy. No direct access to the beach but the views are amazing. I went during off season so It is probably better when not on off season. I might try again next year but i'm not sure.」

「Beautiful」

「This place was incredible! The owners were very sweet, asking about what adventures I did and how my day was. Their dog Ocho (a soft teddy bear) came to greet me every morning and when I came back in the evening. Their pool/cabana is quiet and gives amazing views of the city below. The room felt like my own private villa. Also not to mention, in the heart of Charlotte Amalie, a 5 minute walk to local cafes/restaurants and cute shops. This place really felt like a home and I would love to stay...

「Walkable. Safe. Good views」
