“The apartment was cute! It was clean and smelled good! It looks like the finishes were rushed in the apartment but I did like the character of the different rooms! The front porch and the sun porch in the back were great sitting areas! If you like to watch TV, this is not a place for you! There's only like six channels available to watch and it's not a smart TV so you can't hook up your own stuff. The living room isn't much for lounging but we were gone most of our visit so it wasn't really a……

“Wonderful place to stay for our week in Oneonta to watch our son’s games at CASV.PRO: clean, quiet, good amenities with all the comforts of home, conveniently located just 8 minutes to CASV, safe neighborhood, easy walk to downtown area. Owner/Manager was responsive and helpful. The only thing we wished the place had was an espresso machine. We would stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.CON: none really.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this older but very clean and well-maintained home. The property is in a safe, quiet area, which made for a peaceful visit while in Cooperstown. The rental company does a fantastic job providing everything out-of-town guests might need—linens, paper products, trash bags, laundry supplies, and even a thoughtful touch of bagels upon arrival.A couple of things to note: the laundry facilities are located outside the home in an adjacent house, which wasn’t a major issue but……
