“The hosts were very communicative and welcoming before, during, and after our stay. The front yard was well lit, and good for taking our pups out at night. I was grateful to find somewhere available over Christmas that accepted two dogs. The kitchen was well-equipped and reasonably clean. This is a pet-friendy rental near the beach, the overall cleanliness of the unit was perhaps reflective of that. The house is right off of a busy road in a neighborhood with varied levels of upkeep.”

“Its Willoughby Spit which i personally love, but its not VA Beach and what i mean by that is its not touristy, its a working class neighborhood with a beach. You can walk right to it from this unit. Not as private as i would like but a good location. Unit was very clean, comfy bed, hot water, coffee maker, fridge. To have a table you have to know its a drop leaf table the TV is on. Works fine. Able tonset up and use my laptop as wifi was good too.”

“Renee provided an amazing stay! The house and location were very nice and peaceful. They were very respectful and had great communication. If we needed something they were quick to make sure we were helped. The house was very clean and the arcade games are an amazing added bonus. “My husband and our 3 yr old son had a wonderful stay. We've been coming to Carova Beach for years and this was definately the nicest house we've stayed at. This was our first time staying on the canal side and my husband enjoyed throwing out a fishing line each morning. The house and location look exactly like pictures.
